I'm 55 and use glasses. recently diagnosed with cataract in my left eye. none of eye specialist recommends any eye supplement and i don't know why. during my visit to the doctor, a pharma representative recommended me to use eye vitamins containing Leutin and Zeaxanthin. first i did a research online and then started this one. i felt improvement in my eye sight after one month of usage and later i ordered their 3 in 1 bundle. usually vitamins does not work for me in most cases, i'm talking about other multi vitamins but this eye vitamins supplement by ABS is really worth to try if you use glasses or work on computer. it might be possible that you don't get significant results like me. but do give them a try. also google about the ingredients Leutin, Zeaxanthin and Bilberry Ext in this supplement before raising concerns.
